This is an EDELRID Aramid Sling, 60cm. It is 6mm.
Purchased 4-5 years ago. Manufactured in 2019. It has not been used. It was only carried. There are some stains. Selling due to lack of use. This is a used item, so please only purchase if you understand this.

Ideal for backup during rappelling.
A 6mm cord sling (prusik sling) made with the latest material, aramid reinforced fiber. It also features excellent heat and abrasion resistance. Aramid fiber is a relatively new fiber, a type of nylon with a strength of 22KN, which is lightweight and easy to handle. It has moderate stiffness and flexibility, does not stretch, making it ideal for creating belay points. Also, because it is a cord type, it is recommended for backup during rappelling (e.g., prusiks) or for rope ascents as it grips the rope well. Edelrid's Aramid Cord Sling has color-coded lengths for easy identification. It has a strength of 22KN and can be used similarly to regular webbing slings.
