Copeland Spode England Herring Hunt Green #1 Footed Demitasse Cup‎ and #1 Saucer

This is for one cup/saucer set. Cup is approx. 3 inches tall and 3 inch diameter across opening of cup (not including handle). The cup is marked #1 Leaping the Brook and the saucer is marked #1 The Find.  One vintage Copeland Spode England Herring Hunt / The Hunt green rim footed demitasse cup and saucer. This is the smaller demitasse/espresso-style cup, suitable for after-dinner coffee or espresso-style service. It is not a standard full-size teacup.  The cup has a footed base that fits into the saucer well. This is the smooth green rim/trim version, not the scalloped-edge version. The cup and saucer feature classic English fox hunting equestrian scenes  Vintage pre-owned condition with age-related wear. Saucer has crazing/crackling and shelf wear/discoloration on the underside.  Underside of saucer has an impressed mark that appears to read F over 43, likely indicating 1943 Copeland Spode production. Cup does not appear to have a date mark but has handwritten/painted underside numbers/marks as shown. Cup has green paint mark and some crazing/crackling on/in it, . Items may show crazing, discoloration, staining, rim wear, utensil marks, glaze imperfections, fleabites, and/or small chips consistent with age and prior use. Some pieces may have handwritten/painted underside numbers and impressed factory/date marks. Please review all photos carefully for the exact condition, backstamp, scene, and markings of this specific cup & saucer. Hand wash only. Do not use in microwave
