Introducing a collaboration between STRICT-G JAPAN, a series born to convey and develop the appeal of Japanese product design and weave new values, and Mobile Suit Z Gundam. This collaboration features Miyata Orimono, a company founded in 1913 that started with Kurume Kasuri weaving and began making padded hanten in 1965, and Mobile Suit Z Gundam.

This Wa-Modern series hanten, with its slightly modernized materials, colors, and shapes, features a fitted model with cut underarm seams, re-examining the long-standing padded hanten pattern.
Highly recommended for those who find standard sizes too large or for slimmer individuals. It fits snugly to the body, retaining warmth.
The outer fabric uses a soft-textured fabric with slub yarn, named Nagomi (meaning harmony), and features a dynamic brushstroke-style illustration of Z Gundam on the back.

The fabric is woven in-house in Japan, and the padding and stitching are meticulously done by hand, one piece at a time.
