Description
These are thinned green mangoes from Okinawa.
Although they are unripe green mangoes, they have a good balance of sourness and sweetness, and are delicious fruits used for processing such as salads, pickles, and jams. They are also known as green vegetable mangoes, more popular than ripe mangoes in Southeast Asia!! which can be enjoyed as they are.
Try them as they are in salads, or for processing into pickles and jams.
