Shipping and Delivery Information

* Purchases of ￥7,000 or more will be shipped via Mercari delivery service.
* For purchases under ￥7,000, we will generally ship via the 4th class mail service (no tracking).
The 4th class mail service is a delivery method without a tracking number or insurance.
Especially during year-end and New Year holidays, the postal service handles a very large volume of mail, which may result in longer delivery times than usual, and in rare cases, non-delivery or loss may occur.
Therefore, if you choose the 4th class mail service, we cannot provide compensation or take responsibility in the event of non-delivery or loss.
    Please purchase with this understanding.
* Considering the above situation, the usual Mercari delivery fee of ￥350 is currently available for ￥300.
If you wish to ensure delivery, please consider a traceable shipping method.
Furthermore, as there have been recent cases of non-delivery with the 4th class mail service, we may be forced to cancel transactions at our discretion to avoid burdening the buyer or causing trouble.
    In such cases,
* We will handle all losses of plants already shipped and any impact on our account due to cancellation.
    We appreciate your understanding.
