【Notes】
● We aim to ship within 1-2 days, but please understand that it may take 3-6 days in some cases.
● We pack with care, but please consider purchasing only if you understand that leaf breakage, wilting, or other issues may occur during transit.
● As this is a living organism, please no claims or returns (NC/NR).
● Since plants are living things and their condition changes daily, they may appear different from the photos, or may have unseen damage, discoloration, or partial leaf wilting. Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to such issues.
● Due to its growth habit, the plant may spread horizontally and droop, resulting in a lower height than measured.
● We do not offer compensation for wilting or shipping-related issues.
● We do not guarantee the variety, flower color, sex, etc., as this information is based on the time of procurement.
● Branches and leaves may break, flowers may fall, or fruits may drop during packing or transportation. We may also prune slightly during packing.
● We are unable to issue receipts.
