Description

Zuiho Vermilion Ink Pad
Daikaku Tsutomu

There is rust due to age-related deterioration.

The material is not precisely known, but it may be similar to cast iron.
I compared it to items with similar materials.

Size (approximate):
Diameter: 9cm
Height: 2.5cm
Weight: 490g

Box Size (approximate):
10.8 x 10.8 x 5.7cm

Regarding the vermilion ink inside:
When tested with a stamp, it barely left a faint color.
There is a date on the back: July, Showa 56 (1981).
As it is quite old, it is unlikely to be usable as a vermilion ink pad.

Can be used as interior decor, a small item container,
or as a weight for cutting fabric when sewing.

Thank you for looking.
