It's already summer! Ice bucket for those who enjoy whiskey on the rocks.

From my father-in-law's storage.

There is a sticker, but it appears to have been used a few times. When polished carefully, tongs marks can be seen on the stainless steel ice strainer. While I was taking it out of storage, carrying it to the living room, and washing it, and during photography, the tongs would spin inside, creating very fine scratches on the stainless steel where the sharp claws for gripping ice are. It's possible my father-in-law didn't actually use it, which is why the label is still attached. I will wrap the tips of the tongs in a small plastic bag to prevent them from getting scratched during shipping.

My father-in-law rarely drank alcohol and passed away at the age of 98. He didn't have many opportunities to share drinks with guests, so it's likely this was kept wrapped in a plastic bag and remained unused for a long time.

My father-in-law's two sons (my husband and his younger brother) generally do not drink alcohol. Our sons (my father-in-law's grandsons) occasionally drink wine, but... I've never seen or heard of them drinking whiskey on the rocks. I'm listing this in the hope that someone can make use of it. The glass is 5mm thick, so it's heavy and I believe the ice will melt slowly.
