This is a very popular mini Japanese steamer from Kamaasa Shoten, a kitchenware store with over 100 years of history since its founding in 1908.
15cm size made of high-quality cypress wood (Hinoki).

This special mini Japanese steamer, featuring the HEGE logo branded on it, brings out the natural warmth of the material and makes dishes like steamed vegetables and shumai taste authentically delicious.
This is the deeper type, which can accommodate slightly larger ingredients.
It's the perfect size for one person, ideal for dim sum like shumai and nikuman, steamed vegetables, chawanmushi (steamed egg custard), steamed sweet potatoes, and more.
