Brother Multi-time ribbon. Unused? But for safety, treated as junk.

This was found in the storage closet at my parents' house.
Apparently, my grandfather ordered and purchased this from a local stationery store a very long time ago.

It came out in a box inside a bag printed with brother spare parts, as shown in the image, so it is believed to be unused.
I took it out and looked at it just now, and as you can see in the image, the cassette is locked to prevent it from rotating, so I still think it's unused. However, I don't have specialized knowledge, so I'm not sure about the details. Since it's an old item, I'm listing it as junk just in case.
(Therefore, this is the lowest price including shipping. I have almost no profit, so discounts are not possible.)

My mother was about to throw it away just now, so I decided to list it thinking that perhaps someone might be able to use it. Please check the images and consider it. Thank you.
