Refurbished ONKYO Integra A-817RXⅡ Integrated Amplifier

This is a used ONKYO Integra A-817RXII integrated amplifier.

Purchased used, the following maintenance has been performed:
- Relay unit disassembled and cleaned
- MM/MC selector unit disassembled and cleaned
- Speaker selector switch disassembled and cleaned
- Push buttons and volume controls lightly cleaned
- All rear terminals and some internal soldering redone
- Rear panel terminals lightly polished
- Internal components lightly cleaned, etc.

Sound output has been confirmed through all inputs (CD/TUNER/PHONO/TAPE1/2/VIDEO/VCR) with no major issues found. (Please understand this is a subjective assessment and not based on measurement equipment.)
*REC terminals, video terminals, and their functions have not been tested.
*PHONO has been tested with both MM and MC cartridges.

After maintenance, I performed a short listening test and believe it has a pleasant sound characteristic of ONKYO, which is not fatiguing to listen to.

The balance volume control is broken and I attempted to repair it but was unsuccessful. Therefore, it has been fixed to the center position via internal wiring. The appearance is unchanged, but the function is disabled (Photo 13). Please refrain from purchasing if this is a concern for you.

Internal cleaning and light exterior cleaning were performed during the repair.

As this is a used vintage item, please understand that there may be scuffs from use, stubborn dirt that cannot be removed, scratches, dullness, etc., before considering your purchase.
