Fill the desired shape mould only halfway.Note: Microwave batter expands and rises much higher than it does in a conventional oven.  Cooking Setup:  place your filled mould onto a stable turntable or standard microwave-safe plate. If the recipe calls for trapping steam (like soft sponge cakes), hover the 27cm Plate Cover loosely over the container.  Microwave Settings:  do not use full 100% power, as it makes plastic-baked goods rubbery.Cook at 70% to 80% power.Start in short intervals of 3 to 5 minutes, checking on progress after each run.
