Orrefors Gladiolus Crystal Vase Signed by Lars Hellsten Sweden 4664-22 1996

Timeless Scandinavian design from one of Sweden's most celebrated crystal houses. Standing an impressive 9 tall, 4 wide, and weighing approximately 4 lbs, this substantial Orrefors crystal vase has an unmistakable presence. The exceptional weight reflects the quality of the crystal and the craftsmanship for which Orrefors is internationally renowned. This Orrefors vase was handcrafted in Sweden in 1996 by renowned Swedish glass artist Lars Hellsten, whose innovative sculptural designs helped define modern Scandinavian crystal. This elegant piece features graceful optic cuts and a beautifully sculpted asymmetrical rim that captures and reflects light with remarkable brilliance. The underside is hand-etched with the authentic Orrefors signature, Lars Hellsten's LH designer monogram, and the original production number 4664-22, confirming its authenticity and designer provenance. The heavy crystal construction and minimalist Scandinavian styling allow this vase to serve equally well as functional décor or as a collectible work of art. Whether displayed with fresh flowers, a single orchid stem, or standing alone, this vase makes an elegant statement in any room. This vase is in great condition. It just has one tiny barely noticeable chip on the top rim as shown in some of the pictures. A remarkable example of Swedish crystal craftsmanship that will appeal to Orrefors collectors, lovers of Scandinavian design, and anyone seeking a sophisticated statement piece for the home.
