This is the item shown in the image. It does not come with a box or any other accessories. After purchasing, I swung it a few times and then kept it hanging in my room. I have martial arts experience, but I bought this to help prevent shoulder stiffness. I have not struck anything with it, so there are no noticeable scratches on the main body, but there is some rust on the chain. It does not affect its use.
